Our mission is to promote tradition Hmong cultural values by assisting in the education of young Americans, who may or may not be of Hmong heritage, to better understand who they are so they can move toward being responsible and productive members of society.  Our objective is also included in bringing Hmong culture and tradition shows or activities back to the Hmong New Year as a focal point.

Then since 1998, Hmong American New Year, Inc. has united thousands of Hmong families throughout the United State of America and across the nation to celebrate this cultural event at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
